I always get really excited when we completely shatter glass ceilings.
It bothers me that there’s no way to emphasize the word “I” in text that is both convenient and standardized. The default method is to capitalize the whole word. But you can’t do this with “I.” Because someone decided for you that it should always be capitalized. Neither italicizing nor bolding are convenient in a fast-paced conversation. And it’s not standard to do silly things like *I* or _I_.
I just don’t know what to do.
